Shipping policy

Due to COVID-19, please be patient with transit times for all carriers. FedEx has suspended guaranteed deliveries on all services excluding Next Day Air.

PROCESSING

Orders placed before 2:00pm (EST) Monday through Friday begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 2:00pm (EST) Monday through Friday, and any orders placed Saturday and Sunday, begin processing the next business day.

Orders placed with FedEx Next Day Air shipping on Friday will not be delivered on Saturday. Those orders will be scheduled for delivery by FedEx on Monday. FedEx Express shipments do not deliver on the weekends as those are not official business days for these services.

Most orders process and ship within two business days; however, please be aware that orders being shipped to a second address may take slightly longer to process and ship. Most orders are shipped from 40 Love in Manhasset, NY; however some larger items are drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer. If your order is delayed for any reason we will contact you.
