Orders placed before 2:00pm (EST) Monday through Friday begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 2:00pm (EST) Monday through Friday, and any orders placed Saturday and Sunday, begin processing the next business day.

Orders placed with FedEx Next Day Air shipping on Friday will not be delivered on Saturday. Those orders will be scheduled for delivery by FedEx on Monday. FedEx Express shipments do not deliver on the weekends as those are not official business days for these services.

Most orders process and ship within two business days; however, please be aware that orders being shipped to a second address may take slightly longer to process and ship. Most orders are shipped from 40 Love Lifestyle LLC located in Manhasset, NY. However, some larger items are drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer. If your order is delayed for any reason we will contact you.


We are offering free Super Saver shipping on all orders of $59 or more that are shipping within the Continental U.S. There are still a few restrictions, including balls, and court equipment. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience, but at this time our free ground shipping offer is not available for our customers in Hawaii and Alaska.


When available, you will receive a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. Shipping carriers may take 24-48 hours to update their tracking systems and show accurate tracking data. 


We do our best to ensure that every package ships and arrives to its final destination as quickly and efficiently as possible; however, at times extreme or inclement weather such as snow and ice may impact our service and disrupt the transportation networks of our couriers. In those instances, packages are sometimes delayed as couriers may be unable to complete delivery. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience and understanding as we work with our dedicated couriers to ensure that packages are delivered quickly and safely


Manufacturer Restrictions. Due to manufacturer policies some items cannot be shipped outside of the U.S. Restricted products are noted and you will be alerted of any problems during checkout. Ball hoppers, ball machines, tennis balls, racquetball balls, tennis court equipment, stringing machines and court maintenance equipment must be shipped ground delivery and therefore cannot be shipped outside the continental U.S. These items do not qualify for FREE Ground Shipping.


Due to the size and weight of cases of balls, not all tennis balls qualify for flat-rate shipping or our free shipping specials. Shipping charges for cases of balls vary based upon the quantity of balls ordered as well as the shipping destination. Exact shipping charges will be reflected at checkout.
